It may be an idea to look at DMLs history - it has taken over 5 years for them to drill and start constructing the Plant. There was capital rasisings along the way and of course dilution.
When looking at the market cap of MOD and comparing to some other Cu explorers - AVB and VOR for example, it doesnt look cheap imo. In the future maybe, but that after proving up a Resource etc..
