so you're calling the judge an unreasonable person.... a person with years of legal training and deep knowledge of the laws which govern the negotiations between business and Aboriginal people. one who must decide which side has the most true legal argument and evidence.

I have no doubt that what you're saying is true. but as you started with - They failed because the rules are inadequate.... yet it's up to each business to ensure they do complete diligence, just as any investor should/does, to ensure ALL bases are covered.
