within the statement released on New Year’s Eve there was a clause allowing the board to place stock at c30. I believe shortly we will find out the significance of that. The stock has fallen presumably because the encounter deal has lapsed (although not dead I reckon) and a lack of any interesting news. Watch this space, I think any seller here will be full of regret in a week or two
