The Rights Issue is very significant for View because it addresses a number of issues. It will enable us to eliminate our significant debt and provide cash for feasibility studies and exploration. It changes the profile of the company, and coupled with the fact that we expect our two nickel mines to produce significant cash surpluses during the remainder of this year and into 2006, the Rights Issue will position the Company to deliver solid shareholder returns in the future.
