Yes sell down of loss stocks is popular at this time. Therefore it would seem NRT is ammune.
This however may not be the case. As many investors/traders are already sitting on realised losses, there is no tax reason stopping them realising gains. No need to wait 12 mths etc. to get the discount on cap gains, just sell now.
Unfortunately a pre 30 June sell down can work both ways.
