Just had a read of the companies response and imo it makes some valid points. I will be voting against Tays proposals!
Basically the whole board is at fault for letting him get away with his actions for so long, but this rubbish now he is trying to get away with is a waste of time and resources. I have reduced my holdings and until this is sorted I will not be adding.
If Tay is successful I will be selling all my position - I think this will be the posiition of many larger shareholders as his actions appear to lack credibility imo. Quality management is a key part of any company.
