excellent point. Those who claim capex will have a significant dilutionary impact and or a burdensome debt are dreaming. It won't, for precisely the reasons you mention. This has been discussed many times on this thread. Every now and then some 'expert' thinks that we've collectively missed the elephant in the room. We haven't.
Hopefully on your other point AD and other friendlies will prevent a cheap takeover with their sizeable holdings. At least I hope they can and do. This is more of a concern.
