Denpal I sure as hell would hope there is sufficient lines of communication at MAK that would allow questions of a general nature to be answered by someone other than AD....

Like any good company knowledge that applicable to the public should surely be known within the company by more than the MD, in my company if I asked the C.E.O to respond to a customer/shareholders question he would tear me a new bottom for a)not knowing the answer myself or not knowing who to go to in order to find the answer or b)tear me a new bottom for insuiating that his time is less worthy than mine
