Yes, I would have to agree.
My sheer frustration and utter disgust with companies such as UCL, RED, ROG, ORO, BUY, and God alone knows how many others, have forced my hand into buying physical silver bullion (just bought it online from the Perth Mint - pretty good service, actually). At least this investment can't be incompetently blown on overpriced equipment, consolidated to a 30th of its previous value, destroyed, lost in an accounting error, or simply "disappeared"; as the hundreds of thousands I've put into ASX companies has over the past ten years.
Mind you - I've had plenty of giggles on the way, and I can certainly better understand the Rest of the World's wary view of the Australian stock market and politics. It is most farcical, and most entertaining.
Best of all - it's not over yet. :)
