You mentioned elsewhere that there could be foreign investment coming in after the DFS. That can be bad for the sp. For example, GBE went down with ECE coming onboard. Punters get nervous with foreign investors. I guess it depends how the deal is worded. If it's a good deal, then the company has to get the right message across. Often, small companies are desperate and so they do weak deals.
