Yes balance sheet risk has increased. I put this down to the lending business which is consuming capital at this point but not yet spinning off NPAT.
I never regard CCP as a long term hold for my portfolio given the nature of the business and what has happened previously. I like to buy when the PE has dropped and the outlook is good (ie today) and then offload when I think it has repriced to a more appropriate level
