- TV2U MC will reach approx $50m or 2.5cps on announcement of first subs
- TV2U mc will reach $100m on revenue neutral announcement (200k subs @ $3) or 5cps
- Beyond that mc will grow at 15x revenue.

Apart from the above tea-leaf reading I did a little background reading on the market in South America (SAM) & Latin American & Carribean countries (LAC)
- SAM population 425m
- LAC population 650m
- mobile subscription rate across LAC 61%
- cable subscribers across LAC 74.3m
- mobile subscription uptake projected growth 2015-2020 of 50% across LAC
- cable subscriptions 2022 projection 88.75m across LAC
- 61% of LAC households have at least 1 TV
- projected population across LAC in 2030 is 800m.
