What's the catch? The dividend ROI is just so high that it has that, 'too good to be true' feel to it.
Like others have conveyed, TER needs to get a grip on what happens after their coal runs out at BA. What's the runway beyond 8 to 10 years?
If they can map a future beyond the current mine life, TER should do well. Of course, if they have to spend money on expansion, take over etc, divs will probably be impacted.
Hard call to make.
