as Ainsleym has mentioned above, quarter reports are required in accordance with the ASX listing rules, to be released to the market on the last day of the month after the quarter. ie, 30 Sep report will be released before 31 Oct. If a company doesn't do this, the ASX will likely put the company into a trading halt and possbile other penalties.
