Purely for the sake of working capital, yes, close enough to zero chance considering cash on hand and cashflow positive status.
As you say it's for something massive it could happen, but that wit'll push the share price up not down.
Still, I wouldn't entirely discount the possibility of a capital raising for the sake of some form of expansion etc. It's unlikely but in the stock market you can expect the unexpected.
