on the right mkt cap for SIR, personally I think you should always look at diluted [not fully diluted] mkt caps
below is a two visuals for SIR showing how the 75m 60c options affect the mkt cap of SIR. first one at 86c. second one with 50c share price
they significantly add to the mkt cap [they also make funding easier] and should change your price expectations
