Hi Shadowboxer ... Just trying to understand some of the machinations going on behind the scenes regards Nkwe's (albeit disputed ) resource ... and you seem to be one of the better researched and analytical posters on Nkwe.

Although I don't believe it will come to this ... what would happen to the resource if the majors and other interested parties managed to keep things unresoved for so long that Nkwe eventually ran out of liquidity and folded ?

Who would it be most likely to go to, and if ownership is still in dispute,is there any advantage for X-strata, Anglo, and co to be sorting it out without having to deal with Nkwe ?
