Good on ya! I am reviewing as well and may follow suit, although I am willing to give another 4-6 weeks maximum to see what may come.

I'm tired of all the excuses and the BS but like most of us, have been captivated by the resource.

That has probably been the biggest lesson for me for the future: focus on the management a lot more.

I knew this management was inept but still thought that with a resource of this magnitude and rarity, not even these guys could stuff it up.

I am hoping to be proven wrong but have set a time limit now of 4-6 weeks. No more after that.
