This was my recollection of a court case re land claim ...
"Labour tenants also featured in the case I thought interesting but cant relocate...
there were two different claimants but because one was by labour tenant farmers without the backing/signature of their king it was judged there was no conflicting claim...sorry thats the best I can remember."

The case still bamboozles me a bit...but I found it...

The case is here....it includes a Nooitverwacht 648?...but I think its a farm in a different state ...note the number is different...and the claim /decision might not have any parallels to our situation...
so you just have to be interested in this 'type' of thing if you want to read it.
