I did read the URA thread yesterday and understand that they are assisting them to get their project up and running within a very short time period.
The company stated in the last quarterly that they had hired additional consultants since the re awarding of Eerste Geluk and as it turns out its Impondo.
Maybe its possible we can substitute DRA with Impondo according to Balilow's expections.
