The Mototolo Platinum Mine is a 50/50 joint venture between Xstrata and Anglo Platinum, and lays adjacent to Xstrata?s Thorncliffe Chrome Mine on the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex. Mototolo lies south of the Steelpoort fault and east of the St George's fault.
I agree with all of your points and for a long time I thought Xstrata were the most likely to take on Tubatse for the reasons you outlined. I have heard there are other interested parties so we will have to wait and see.
I am hoping NKP come out with a positive announcement this week. A few posters have made the point "the share price would be higher if there were to be any positive announcements."
With the negative impact of the last few months and the distrust shareholders have for management, I believe NKP will need to get some runs on the board before the flock will follow.
