16-Nov is when the issuance of shares happen
25-Nov Launch date on the ASX
so it could appear anywhere from 16-Nov till even on 25-Nov
I had an IPO which appeared in my account a day after the IPO launch ; was on the phone daily so now learned my lesson ; no stress ; will be what will be ; enjoy the ride
