Good points Kalenn. I suppose a more cautious approach will win in the long run...something about a hare and tortoise!
The managerial transition from explorer to miner is a fraught one...and I believe the reason for many of DML's troubles. It will be interesting how AVB handle it when the time comes. Many people blame lack of Sth African mining/people expertise in DML's case.
