I dont think thats material to how this is priced though it won't hurt to have the cash, at least the can pay back the loan after allowing for any tax.
This is being priced on how likely it is they will make their forecasts, which is not yet proven. Also as a tightly held stock there is not too much liquidity so that may act a resistance to sp moving up until results are in.
