expectations

please correct me if i am wrong.

1) initially at agm, they did mention 1 PO by end of Jan and then the other 2 by end of March - think this was the case or there abouts.

2) think management then subsequently said the quarterly would be the format for releasing PO news and other updates.

think that everything is being worked on behind the scenes, does anyone know how to check SEC listing.

worse case scenario we get updated at next quarterly - date would be ? and probably still leave enough time for listing this year.

if TZL were to delay listing for strategic reasons or do not have required forecasts met with PO's or current trading, then they will dissapoint a lot of people and should come out and restate now their intentions.

i am a true believer in TZL, the risk of it not coming off, is not the loss but the sheer dissapointment that I will be working for many years to come.

one thing to remember is that funds were raised from QVT on very favourable terms when the credit squeeze was on.
