Sounds like you're referring to a 50% break out of a possible descending triangle. Yep definitely a possibility. Also in favour of a rally, Dow seems to have hit its initial target of 8200 from the move to 9400 and then break through support at 8800. So back to 8800 possible for sure.
Have to wait and see.
