From what I've read, I can't see Sileach being adopted in most cases, I may be wrong on that, but it definately doesn't seem to offer what L-Max can...
Still, LIT holders should migrate here, if not they, will likely still come along for the ride with LPD, albeit only making %15 or so of what LPD can generate in growth...
I consider the LIT attempted takeover a test... I suspect there may be more attempts from others, hopefully LPD stick to their guns, and have faith in themselves, for their sake and the shareholders. I see a great deal of upside here and so do at least 2 more people I have confidence in. There is a reason LIT tried to buy LPD, but it was a desperate effort without the right incentives or backing. Think of chess, trading a pawn for a queen...
