Not quite:
LIT have announced that they COULD build a plant, and hope to decide by the end of the year if they can find the $$.

Note that:
1) this LiT plant would be MICA-only (as Spod processing Sileach is still under research.
2) from my reading their profit margins are not nearly as good (LIT $9200 USD per tonne LiCarbonate vs LPD $5 -6000 per tonne, both before by-product credits)
And
3) LIT haven't yet sourced their MICA feedstock (LIT "Sourcing mica remains a priority and critical to LSPP")

So I wouldn't read too much into it yet.
Maybe if they employed one of their L-Max licenses they could make a nice little profit at this proposed plant. ;-)
