Well, I got a reply, but it didn't address my questions other than to say
"Thank you for your interest in the Carbon Energy. As the Queensland election is yet to determine a government, Carbon Energy will work with whatever government is in place to commence an application to proceed (an Environmental Impact Statement) as soon as possible.
As soon as we know they way forward, with the Government in place we will advise the market."
A Government may not be determined for a couple of weeks, then once in they will have to sort themselves out. Patience is a bitch, cheers.
