This is just my personal opinion mind you but I don't see an almighty spike in the share price on the granting of the lease of Derby but I do see flow on effects which will have the share price continue to rise because of it.
What % of Derby OBL finally owns is still up in the air at this point IMO but there are a number of scenarios that could come into play here if the MOU's prove to be legally binding.
OBL have already mentioned interest from "Majors and super Majors" no?
I think we could see some exciting developments once title is granted over Derby.
