Couldn’t bring myself to tolerate watching Da’Lock give his preso, but @sandfire did confirm the divi clearly won’t be anywhere near the past. I was thinking around .0325 or thereabouts prior to him announcing the Shine transaction - now it seems probably half that - if there’s one even allocated.

The curious takeaway will be he does have 10,000,000 he eventually has to pay for, but I guess if I were in his rugby shoes I’d probably contemplate working towards a higher share price rather than a higher interim yield in dividend payments, given I could always dump those shares to pay off the debt whilst walking away with far more than what I would with yearly dividends - especially with the significant sell off that usually follows on disbursement day.
