A few expected news flow in August:

1. Director Appointment - checked

I am happy that the appointment is not from within the current Board.
Paul Benson is a geologist and was director in mining companies, unlike A.Hamilton who was a car parts guy.

2. Baita Settlement or not - next week or two.
One way or another, we need to know as this is dragging too long due to AGSC saga. I think EDM should negotiate the terms, settle it with staged payment and get on with the mine reopening. Announce the tailings test result after that. Raise fund the proper way if this is a real deal.
