I'm pleased (5) has been lodged. I was of the belief this can't happen without having (2) in hand. This will help keep things moving.
Regarding (10) has this been suggested previously, or your just putting it out there? Any ball-park figure for the plant cost? Nearly a quarter of total revenue so you would want it to be a similar ratio in capital savings. Obviously iron ore is on the nose at the moment, but I read somewhere, the trend is increasing in terms of the amount of FeNi being used in steel (stronger steel) so the pressure on FeNi prices is somewhat mitigated.
