    I have not seen any deals of late where a bidding contest has occurred . Maybe BMS is just happy with Nextar.
    Weird thing is I spoke to the company last week and I really don’t think they knew of the offer.
    Must have just been out of the blue.Maybe the reason Merck moved quickly was because they thought VLA might be of interest to others .
    Might get interesting.
