No comment Haplo? I noticed you posted it on twitter too, oh so kind.
Hi El Jefe
100mt, no 50mt, no 40-50mt..umm a bit confused there, are these just stabs in the dark?
The initial pit (including starter pit) is the best on offer you would think as they usually are (that’s why they are called a starter pit), and at 9:1 strip already how do you see production costs going forward with this ‘new drilling’ as it will only get deeper one would think otherwise they would have hit it first? I would more lean to costs going up so where does that leave the fiture profit margin? Going underground maybe but that would be even higher again, all a bit concerning being $600/t now.
So as an investment case, only 1 DMS course feed which is really just breaking even, over $50m in debt and nothing new coming for at least 6 months being ‘possible’ drilling and a possible bolt on ‘fines circuit’, this leaves a big gap for the market to play with. I wouldn’t sell that as a real winner to unsuspecting investors but maybe in 6 months time when they are much cheaper?
I enjoyed your story though, especially the bit about being better than greenbushes, that was a gem
