That’s an interesting one, Names. There will be 10% more shares on issue (plus/minus shares trading between exchanges, but I wouldn’t think this would occur on day one of A40) and A40 is unlikely to be on nearly as many watchlists as TAW presently is. However, if we see the funds buying, like some on here have speculated, then I think we could very well see the SP open above 30c.

Here’s a question for you, if a large shareholder was to amass a substantial shareholding (of 5% or more) whilst TAW shares are trading on a deferred settlement basis are they required to submit a SSH notice during that period or only once shares resume trading on a normal basis? This is a genuine question, I don’t know the answer to it.
