When I phoned the company on Tuesday this media development was discussed as an encouraging sign for lom with regard to gazetting being the mechanism of distribution of funds and that lom was being used as a poster child while the spotlight is on Angola...this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Angola to advertise to the world they are open for business....lom is in poll position and a lap in front...exciting times ahead
