The company stated on their recent roadshow that they believe Mapama will respond within the 6 week guideline in responding to formal submissions.
The company also stated that even during the time of 'no formal government' in Spain, Mapama (all be it the previous regulatory body) honored the 6 week timetable.
However, what could be likely is that we see a formal response earlier than the 6 week timeframe due to the high levels of engagement by the company and TYPSA with all 8 levels of Spanish authority. It may be that we receive a result within 4 weeks or even less...
