It will just end up being finger pointing and blame game and nothing regulatory will really happen.
ASX has denied responsibility and pointed to ASIC and ASIC have denied to comment.
From legal perspective SKN has done nothing wrong and is getting funds through a securities company with ASIC issued AFSL.
