So kills 5% while 95% survives the massacre of the sanitiser attack, the covid-19 surely has some sort of x-men powers to do that. So out of a microscopic bacterial of say 1g of covid-19, the sanitiser attacks it and manages to kill anywhere between 0.05 - 0.43g while 0.95-0.57g survives?
Or you referring to out of 100x use only 5 times will kill the virus while the other 95x might not? Freaking smart virus!!

Even when referring to 99.9 or 99.99% effective the 0.1 or 0.01% surely is due to human error.
Like when a condom is used properly it will always do what it intends to do.
