    1PG didn't mention a customer retention rate in their last quarterly. At the 31 May 2016 quarterly they said customer retention was 90%. It'd be interesting to see what the customer retention rate is now as that is a key metric as to whether the product is working. Especially if a client signs up for X number of pools per month at USD$1k per pool - they have to pay regardless of whether they use their allocated pools or not. If a client doesn't find value in their product, they will quickly get rid of it.

    When you consider a company like RFN that signed up 5 clients and lost 4 clients in their last quarter, that's a sign that the product doesn't work.
