    QUESTIONS…..

    It been well over a year since the company received fda approval for the OTC hearing device.

    During this period the company has invested millions of dollars into two generations of hearing devices, which has achieved no shareholder value.
    The initial gen 3 has failed to generate revenue to that spent on development, and nothing to date gives me confidence sufficient revenue can be returned for gen 4 based on the existing sales strategy.

    So, can the company please provide some answers to the following questions:

    • Why have revenues have been disappointing since approval, particularly last two quarters

    • What is being done to improve sales, apart from simply investing in displays at Walmart/ Target etc.

    • Are the product reviews presented in the quarterly update from genuine purchasers or from paid reviews
    • Do you think the current partners (HP) and retail platforms (display/online Walmart/ Target) are now suitable for selling a hearing device, or whether if would be more reputable to partner with a proven hearing company. It seems very odd to be selling a hearing aid device along side household groceries

    • Why has company not formal demonstrated the single chip gen 4 hearing device to shareholders

    • My understanding is that gen 4 is not the only single chip OTC product, so what makes it superior to others on the market, that will support sales (retail/oem)

    • How long before we expect fda to provide approval for gen 4

    • From fda approval, how long before the device can go into production, and what is the forecast additional dollars required to produce

    • What sales platforms do you expect gen 4 to be available on (what is the sales strategy and how will revenue be generated from this product: retail, oem, others)

    • Why is it that the company has not even managed to announce/ execute at least one OEM agreement, which supposedly have been in progress for over one year

    • Without disclosing any parties, can you provide an update of how many OEM/ NDAs are in progress, and what stage they are actually at (I.e. example: Invited/ contacted, Interested, NDA, Informal Negotiations, Statement of Intent Signed, In Formal Negotiations, OEM Agreement Signed, Product development etc)

    • Although we have a great partner in Realtek, there has been absolutely no transparency provided on the relationship and how the two entities intend to complement each other in terms of revenue return and share price appreciation. Can you please provide some context, even at the high level

    • Given the time in role and opportunity provided to the existing management team, with no real sales success, do you think the company has the right leadership team in place to take us through the commercialisation stage and return shareholder value, or do you think it may be prudent to makes changes now before its possibly to late
