It’s quite simple. They cannot launch it without FDA approval. Yet they were making statements about launching.
They cannot be using the word launch if they have not got approval let alone a submission in.
Miler stated they dont know when the FDA will approve but stated they will launch at the CES, the implication is they were hoping it would get approval, Catherine did a slip of the tongue. At the December conference the word launch was used again. At the CES it wasnt a launch but a “showing” to people who signed an NDA etc. Why do you even bother, as usual you twist words and misrepresent what people say. You seem to spend all your time taking jibes and paying little attention. Miller etc should not of been using the word “launch” Its not even clear whether a submission to the FDA has been made, it is implied , but there is no unequivocal statement.
