Afternoon Frankie, for clarification He is correct in respect of that they cannot launch @ CES without a pending FDA application, it is a breach of FDA regulations to show a non FDA approved medical product without the disclaimers i put in my post . I never stated that Nuheara has FDA approval, ive always said the opposite, as per the FDA link i put up two months ago nor have I ever heard Nuheara state they have FDA approval.
