It is simply hilarious to read his drivel.
That last question about most number of sales demonstrates a certian wilful ignorance as to the context NUH operates within.
Up until now NUH has not had any real access to a large number of POS. It has always been an adhoc mix of a relatively small number of bricks and mortar POS and online. Notwithstanding there was no real category for their hearable product.
The idea that they were going to get any real sales was laughable, how? there simply was no conduit to achieve it. The question asked is ridiculous.
This is the first time there is a clear regulatory category for their product and the first time they will have access to over 5000 real POS where the product is stocked. This is the first time they have a proper distribution channel.
With 300 Best Buy Stores we got an insight as to what that looks like, yes the sales were modest, but that misses the point, it was actually very successful, they got an order of around $1mln and it appears they were able to book close to 80% of that as sales by 30th June.
Multiply the POS by over 15x , and that starts to look very interesting. And the costs will come down significantly with the 4Gen product
