My conservative back of the envelope calculations that I did a few months ago, gave me an approximate range of 12 to 15 cents. I used a gas price of approx A$8 per mcf and approx 1 TCF recoverable, and assumed lots of development wells. Apparently Strachen has come up with 20 cents a share but I havent seen his assumptions, but he would be a lot more accurate than me . Much will depend on how many wells need to be drilled and flow rates from each well.
In this market we can not count on getting the sp up to a realistic NPV, but instead I would think the sp will get up to at least ten cents after a successful fraccing and testing program.
