my "wrong" was mainly referred to the 10% available for SPP.
as u can see, prob won't be enough to be split around.
most likely scaled back.
as of how the SPP works, they haven't said much, but usually it is an offer of buying up to $5000, 10000, or 15000. u then choose which one u want, pay them, they then decide what's available and scale back accordingly.
