It's easier to raise money when you have discovered something and your share price is 3x what it is when your exploring.
Just think about the calculation, share price x number of shares = funds raised. The higher your share price the less you have to dilute the shareholding and everyone is happy.
Hence why every small cap does a raising after a share price run.
They must be looking to acquire acerage somewhere would be the read through I would suggest but who knows.
