Hi Wasa, us fellas are being offered 86 million shares at 5.8cps. Its not enough for dilution IMO which would bring the current SP down to the SPP price.
The instos will naturally be offered a further 400 odd million shares , but I would expect these are not tradeable for some months or even in stages. Therefore the SP is not diluted over night.
