SPP of $5 million to existing holders
$5 million @ 5.8 cents = 86,206,896 shares available
$15k each = 258,620 per shareholder
86,206,896 shares divided by 258,620 per shareholder = 333
Even if only 1 in every 5 shareholders takes up the offer this still only is enough for 1,666 shareholders.
Or is my maths failing me in old age?
